This is our first house map of this post, and it is a ground-floor 2bhk house plan for a 30 by 50 feet plot area.

This house design consists of a parking area, a lawn, a living area, a kitchen, a store and wash area, and 2 bedrooms, and a common washroom.

As you can see in the image at the beginning of the plan we have provided a parking area and a small front can also be made.

A staircase is also provided in this area and the dimensions of the porch cum parking area is 12’8″x 17’0″.

Then as we go inside the house first there is a living area in the dimensions of 13’0″x 19’0″ and here you can make seating arrangements.

After the living area we have provided a kitchen and in the kitchen we have provided an attached wash area and store room.

From the kitchen area you can go to the lawn area because we have provided a gate to it and size of the kitchen area is 12’0″x 10’0″.

Then we have our common washroom and sink area and size of this common washroom is 8’0″x 5’0″.

After this we have two bedrooms in these rooms you can place a bed, make a wall-mounted wardrobe and keep your essentials.

The size of the first bedroom is 10’8″x 15’8″ and size of the second bedroom is 13’0″x 12’0″ and this room also has an attached washroom.

Option 2: 30×50 house plans with car parking

This is our second house map of this post, and it is a ground-floor 2bhk house plan for a 30 by 50 feet plot area.

This house design consists of a parking area, a lawn, a living area, a kitchen, a store room, 2 bedrooms, a back open area, and a common washroom.

In this house design at first there is a living area, and a small lawn area where you can do plantation and create airy atmosphere.

The dimensions of the parking area are 12’8″x 16’8″ and a staircase is also provided in this area.

Then inside the house there is a living area in the dimensions of 12’8″x 19’8″, in this area you can keep necessary things and do interior decoration.

In front of this area we have provided a common washroom and a common bedroom in this room we have provided a window with a lawn view.

The dimensions of this common bedroom are 12’0″x 12’0″ and size of the common washroom is 7’8″x 4’8″.

Now next to this common bedroom we have provided a master bedroom with an attached washroom and a dressing area.

The dimensions of this master bedroom are 12’0″x 12’0″ and size of the washroom is 7’8″x 4’4″ and the size of the dressing area is 4’0″x 4’4″.

Now after the bedroom we have provided a kitchen in the size of 12’8″x 12’0″ and in the kitchen we have provided an attached store room.

And from the kitchen area you can go the backyard or a open area.

Option 3: 30×50 house plans 2 bedroom

This is our third house map of this post, and it is a ground-floor 2bhk house plan for a 30 by 50 feet plot area.

This house design consists of a parking area, a lawn, a living area, a kitchen, a dining area, 2 bedrooms with an washrooms.

As you can see in the image at the start of the plan we have provided a porch cum parking area and a lawn and staircase.

This one thing is almost common in all of the house designs which gives a very good sign and make the house look big.

The dimensions of the parking area is 10’2″x 16’8″ and a staircase is also deigned in this area itself to make the inside area more spacious.

Then we have our living area in the dimensions of 12’8″x 15’8″ here you can make a TV unit and keep a couch, sofa set etc things.

After this there are two bedrooms and both of the bedrooms has an attached washroom and proper window and ventilation alignment.

The size of the first bedroom is 12’0″x 12’2″ and size of the second bedroom is 12’0″x 11’4″.

In these bedrooms you can place a bed make wardrobes and cabinets for storage and also make a tv unit if you want to place.

After this area we have provided a modular kitchen in the size of 12’0″x 11’4″ and a spacious dining area is also there in the size of 12’8″x 11’4″.

Option 4: Modern 30×50 house plans with 2 bedrooms

This is our fourth and last house map of this post, and it is a ground-floor 2bhk house plan for a 30 by 50 feet plot area.

This house design consists of a parking area, a lawn, a living area, a kitchen, a store and wash area, and 2 bedrooms and a common washroom.

Now this house map is also very similar to the above shown house maps like at the start there is a parking area, lawn and staircase.

Then inside the house plan there is a living area where you can welcome your guests and do some simple interior decoration.

After this there is an open modular kitchen in the dimensions of 12’0″x 10’8″ and here you can make cabinets and drawers for storage.
